TO would definitely win. He might be the biggest jerk in the world but there is no doubt that the guy has kept his body in peak physical condition. And Randy Moss is a pansy. I would like to see him play the season with a broken finger, it just wouldn't happen.

Now, on to the answer!
T.O. would destroy Randy Moss.
When all the T.O. drama went down in Philly Hugh "Old & Busted" Douglas tried to start crap w/ T.O. in the locker room. T.O. responded by body slamming the much larger Douglas to the ground and then landing multiple punches on him. Douglas promptly went on the air on his radio show and said that "the fight really wasnt anything". Of course he said that because he got the crap kicked out of him by a dude that was at least 100 lbs lighter!!! Most media outlets went with the Hugh Douglas version but Jay Glazer of Fox Sports first reported this story and told the correct version. So, to make it short T.O. could pretty much use stoner boy Moss to do curls with.

Randy Moss could punish T.O. basically like he did that racist youngster in severe college T.O. is larger yet Moss is mentally harder- he could in no way cry over a team of journalists thinking his QB

Do you recall when the Eagles sent TO home from camp and he was working out in his drive way hmmm TO would stomp Randys skinny bum! However there both insane so it could be one heck of a barn burner.
