if your coming of the ferry from Fishguard, there is normally a bus eireann service 40, that will take you to Waterford, there is a coach at 7am, 7.15am, 9.00am 13.00 takes 85min. there is also a train from Rosslare to waterford at 7.00am, arrivals waterford 08.18.

there is another short ferry ride (bout 10 mins) that takes you from wexford to waterford. Id get a cab, it will only take about half hour
