A book published in 1910 is probably in the public domain by now. You may want to see if there are any electronic copies. Check www.Gutenberg.org where there are thousands of older classics that have already been transcribed electronically. From there you can paste into a Word document and print.

Whether you have the rights to copy the book depends on copyright law. You could get into serious trouble if you choose to copy/publish it without establishing first whether anyone holds the rights to it. It's possible that the rights have been claimed by the estate and remain secure even thought the author is long-dead.

The internet is a terrible place to get legal advice. Ask a lawyer.

I don't know if your book is past the copyright limits, so I would check with intellectual property law.

Depending how many copies you want to make or sell,
http://www.selfpublishing.com offers volume discounts.

They also offer some technical editing help for additional fees.
