Further proof the American justice system is for sale to the highest bidder. I am not surprised and do not care.

i think of it incredibly is unhappy that the wealthy have privilage. Reportedly, she became into on the verge of a psychological breakdown.... What approximately each and all of the persons in penitentiary that flow interior the direction of the comparable concern yet can no longer discover the money for a physician to diagnose the situation and an lawyer to press the subject? i think of it is ridiculous. Now she's on homestead arrest, nutrition arranged via a cook dinner, served via a butler, bathtub drawn via a maid, get entry to to the telephone, computing device, swimming pool and a $5000 mattress... besides the fact which will the destructive concern proceed to exist on homestead arrest? i think of the judicial device that allowed this could desire to get replaced with new judges and prosecutors and probation officers. clean up the full device. Do I blame Paris for her entire brush aside for the regulation.....particular yet extra so her mothers and fathers which allowed this lady to alter into the lil B*tch she is.

Why do moronicans NOT care about this? This is not about giving her attention...This is about what would happen if you were in that position. You would do 28 days. Not in a solitary cell away from the bad guys, but with the bad guys being terrorised and fighting for your life.
Civil war has just got a hellof a lot closer.

Who cares about Paris the Spoilt B'itch Hilton, let her drive into a tree next time she is drunk and kill herself and that will be the end of the discussion about the poor privileged B'itch by the name of Paris Hilton.

I think it's outrageous. A medical condition? Please. People in jail are treated for cancer and not allowed to go home on house arrest. A blip on the screen in one way because it's Paris Hilton (who cares) but a clear picture of how fame and money facilitates special treatment (everyone should care about that).

I was thinking about asking Jack to be my running mate.
But as a single dog if I get elected I want Paris to be my "First" lady or err well first anyway.

To "San Francisco State" -- She probably went on her hunger strike because they *wouldn't* serve her caviar and lobster.
To "Holy Cow" -- You just said it all!
Let's all watch as the NEXT abuse of our criminal "justice" system comes down the pike -- the almost certain impending pardon of worthless felon Scooter Libby by Warmonger-in-Thief Bush.

I know - because being confined to HER house is such a punishment, right?
Servants, indoor pools, three million things to do just in her house alone...
Poor thing, roughing it like that.
Maybe her punishment should be to have the rest of the inmates be confined to her house for 40 days with her.

Paris Hilton is a NON-ISSUE that should be ignored.
What has that low-life that has NEVER done anything of significant importance ever contributed to society?
Why is she even in the news?
If she never existed, would anything of any importance be changed?
Let's spend time checking out REAL issues.

There have been more injustices that this so far as the criminal court goes, not all were rich.
However I do not think justice was served in this case either.
