I click on it so it would open and it won't! What can I do?

Press Ctrl+Alt+Delete
In the task manager go to processes, find itunes.exe, end that process, and it should work.

This may help: Go to the control panel and select the 'User Accounts' One of the selections is 'Turn User Access Control On or Off' Select this and turn the 'User Access Control' off. Restart, uninstall and reinstall iTunes. The feature often causes problems on some PC's with some software. Good luck.
