They sure can. I had misters installed on the patio this summer and it is WONDERFUL. Now, if I could only get a Lemonade stand rigged up I will be in bizness

lmao....when I was a kid we used to put red juice and windex in those things and shoot the boys who used to mess with us. You just took me back to the good old days
