I have feelings of being watched. One time I was in hte basement, and I had this feeling of being watched and I didn't feel safe till I wasy upstairs. I thought I heard somone come in when I was home alone but noone was there. I've seen shadow people in my room nad I thought I saw one go into another room. I've had objects moved. There was this sleeping mask, I used to wear and everytime I woke up in the middle of the night it was on my toe. I saw a white shape in my room at nights and then d it disappers. Is my house hautned. Should I invesitgate? If so, is the ghost I might have evil or harmless?

You do not need these paranormal investigator groups. They do nothing you cannot do.
For under
$100 you can buy a multiple camera video survelance that hooks to your pc. Just set one of the four cameras up in a area of question then you can run the footage at a faster than normal speed to scan it for movement. It doesnt take so called experts to set a camera and point it. You can also set a digital recorder on record and leave it run at night.
All the other gadjets are junk. If you catch it on camera, you have something. If an EMF reading changes it proves nothing. It is only an assumptionthat ghosts use up a rooms energy to manifest. How can anyone know this since there is no real proof that ghosts exist yet they know they use up electricity?

I would investigate. If you don't then you will wonder. I really don't think that the ghost or whatever you have in your home with you is evil, it sounds more playful than anything. Moving your sleeping mask from your face to your foot is playful. As for the feeling of being watched I get that all the time in my house as well. So I just say "ok, I'm trying to shower (or do the laundry or whatever), so if you could just not watch it would be helpful," and usually the feeling goes away. I do say this out loud so that I can be heard. Have you ever seen the TV show Ghost Hunters on the SciFi channel? You could call them. They may come investigate your home for you. I know I must look and sound crazy when I'm talking out loud and there seems to be no one around me, but it helps me. I hope this has helped! Good luck!

Investigate the history of the house and who might be living there before you had.If you are the new owner of the house when it was built, investigate the land. It might belong to someone else who had their land taken away. And then when you're totally convince something is up, see an expertise on ghost watchers or something. They say, usually when certain places in your house is oddly cold means there is a visitor. Like for instance, if your house is warm because you turned the heat on and a corner is really cold when it isn't supposed to be..

I think it sounds like good enough reason to try to investigate. I would first try taking a tape recorder hitting record and walk around the house asking who is here? Is there anyone here with me? Pause for awhile in between and give the spirit a chance to answer. When you play it back you just might hear something. This is call EVP electronic voice phenomena. It's theorized that the voices of spirits are at a diff octave than ours and we can't physically hear them but, if recorded and played back we can. Sometimes you have to have the tape analized to find anything but, it does work and is relatively safe.

Hey, that sounds like my house. You could try a Ouija board but that's kinda scary since your not sure what your inviting in. Try taking pictures around your house and look for orbs. If you capture a pic of an orb then you know there is energy in your house. Orbs are kinda like energy balls that we give off that feeds the spirit. Our energy gives them energy to appear, or move things.

well i would investigate also the ghost could be a poltergeist or evil it doesnt sound harmless but it could be so its best to find out asap to make sure its not dangerous

I think you should observe about it . Maybe it will cause a danger someday. but most importantly, do not stay at home ALONE! if something happens to you, we do not know! you should have a roomate for your safety or her safety....
