You have no legal basis to nullify your rental lease until its normal expiry date. If your lease allows subletting, you may recoup some of your cost this way. If not, you are legally bound via this contract to pay the monthly rent, including any utilities required, until its termination.
You can ASK the landlord for a possible release, but the landlord is under no obligation to grant your request.

You can't get out of your lease, but talk to your landlord about payment arrangements. The apartments that I managed allowed people to pay a fee rather than the entire remainder of the lease contract. There is also the possibility they will let you find a new renter for the apt. if you know someone who is looking that could be an option.
The main thing to remember is you don't want this to tarnish your credit. If your landlord won't work with you, you may just have to eat the cost in order to keep your credit intact.

You should thoroughly look over your lease and make sure you understand it. Some lease agreements can be breeched with a 30 day notice and you will not get your security deposit back of course. Otherwise maybe just go talk to your landlord and explain the situation.
Some landlords will allow you to move out ahead of time with the exception that you give them enough notice that they can put it the apartment on the market and that they can give walk thru's and stuff.

Ask your landlord if you can pay like two months rent penalty to break your lease. I would make sure you get this agreement in writing so the landlord cannot take you to court and say you violated your lease in someway.

do a lease assignment. find someone else to take over the remainder of your lease. you will not be eligible to get out of the lease unless u do so. they will hold u to the full terms of the agreement and sue you for the money.

find someone to take it over, but make sure your LL signs off on the takeover or you will still be liable for the debts if not paid through the end of the lease.
do a Monty hall with your LL for a release!!
