Do you agree with having them available at schools? Proms? etc.... yes or no? - and why.

Yes, I think they should be offered.

Has anyone ever though, "Wow, I never thought of having sex before, but since these condoms are here, I'm totally going to!"

No, no one thinks that way. People are going to have sex if they want to, we might as well have condoms available.

Yes but they should not be free, they should be available for a small cost. If they are free they get wasted, kids would be blowin’ em up and puttin’ em on their heads and stuff. They should just get a dispenser to put in the bathrooms like they do tampons.
Why? Because some kids don’t drive (can’t get to a store) but they are sexually active. Some people I know have had sex at school. Some rural areas may not have many stores that sell them, and kids in a small town don’t want to go to the one or two stores there since they know everyone that works there. (No anonymity)

Yes, if you don't promote safe sex, then people are not going to be safe. They've tried the abstinence campaign with little or no effect. Kids are going to have sex whether there's condoms available or not. Might as well make them available.

Hmmmm, let me think, "HELL YES" The religious right must have fallen out of a tree and hit their head. Young people have sex. At least 68% of school age young adults will have sex before leaving High School. I'm shocked when I hear that condoms will not be handed out! I know that 25 years from now people will laugh at us and our over zealous moral "BS" We laugh at bathing suits from the 20's and 30's with people covered in a blanket to go swimming. Don't be ashamed of your body and don't ever be of sex. It's a beautiful thing that everyone tries to label at one time or another as "bad". Give them condoms and let them decide what "they" want to do. You are not going to stop sex by "not" giving them out.

Yes. Anybody that thinks high school kids are not going to have sex just because a condom is not available is living in a dream world. Better they have sex and avoid disease and unwanted pregnancy's than our pretending that it isn't happening.

Teen s3x is a fact of life that will never go away. Those who have been raised to be responsible and or substain will not need them. I rather have a youth be responsible and avoid a pregnacy than someone who is to embarrased to get condoms and have s3x anyway. As a parent I do my best to discourage it. But young love and s3x desire is pretty high at that time. I would rather have a safe s3x practising child than a careless practising one.

That is a tuff one. Yes offering them would promote safe sex and might help with unwanted pregnancy in teens, but it also says here you go go ahead and have sex its ok. Then again we all know that kids are doing it so we could make it easier for them to do it safer. Im not sure I agree with it or not. i def. agree with making the teens that are having sex safer but Im not sure if it would make them safer or just give others one a chance to start doing it.

At school, yes because what if some kid wanted to have sex, but couldnt get one? At the prom is another story.... that would sort of be giving the ok to have sex at the actual prom
lol

I agree. YEs. It will promote young kids to have sex earlier but it will give them the advantage of having the condoms available to them to use and im hoping they would. Less young dumb moms having young fuc ked up kids who repeat the dumb acts. Lessen the spread of STDS HIV AIDS ECT

Yes, along with some education though. I think teens should be given all the information that they need to make an informed decision. Chances are, they're going to do it anyway, so at least educate them and provide them with options to be safe.
