It was a contempt of court violation. It is not like she went out liquored up, speeding, and hit somebody. She was arrested for driving when she wasn't supposed to. As is she is still under house arrest for who knows how long. They usually extend you sentence when they give you house arrest.

Even spoiled why in jail. they gave her, her own cell in special unit. i think it's crazy. celebs get away with everything.
