USA
Reason I'd pick it:
I can live where I want, study where I want, think what I want, read what I want, say what I want, worship the way I want, marry who I want, have kids (many or none at all) if I want, eat what I want, wear what I want.
And no megalomaniacal dictator can throw me in prison or kill me for doing any of it, no matter what I choose.

I would choose to be re-born in Ethiopia as long as I could make it out of there alive. They have some of the most beautiful people there.

I would stick with the United States, thank you very much, but I think I would pick Hawaii to be born in instead of North Carolina.
