No it's not.And even if she was,she would probably miscarry due to her weight/lack of eating.

No I think she is suffering from malnutrition and her stomach is bloated. She looks like a starving person in a third world country even though she is so rich. It looks like a terrible case of drugs and anerxia

That hasn't been confirmed. I also heard that her eating disorder can cause stomachs to bloat. But she has been seen recently at various medical facilities.
