I've had heard that expression many times before, and it's true that the customer is always right. If a customer is not 100% satisfied for any reason, that person or a company would choose another provider or service.

I was asked that by one of my customers a couple of weeks ago..and my answer was NO!!!
I work for a utilities company and if a lot of our customers got there way everything would be free or paid for by the government

no, not always. if a customer tries to return certain items which have been used and are not returnable such as lipstick, eyeliner, etc. or if they try to return damaged goods which obviously they broke by not removing from the package properly.

The customer is the one spending the money, so you dont want to offend them, the trick is to steer them to the purchase that you want, and make them think it was their idea.

NO! I am a manager at a restaurant and people will come in blatantly trying to get free food. Like they will complain that their food has hair in it, after you see them plucking a hair from their head and setting it in there.
