Yeah the block thing is nice and all but they can still make another account
why didnt they just let you make your profile private so no one can go through old resolved questions and violate them?

But think of all of the amazing people you met that are your contacts now. You would have never met them if they didn't have access to your questions and you to theirs. We keep meeting amazing people every day. Every day! We don't want to shut ourselves away from new friends and new possibilities. We just would prefer that those that are obstacles to our fun and entertainment be hindered a bit. And that is all that the blocking will do. It won't solve all...... but it will just "help."

well, you can. If you go to "edit my profile," you will find options that allow you to do just that, here are the options:
hide my Q&A from people not in my Answers Network
hide my Answers Network from people who are not in it
And I think this is a new one as well:
Email Communications from Yahoo! Answers
Email me when one of my Contacts asks a question

i think that would be nooooo fun...it would just limit all the answers you can get for stuff ...and you cant meet and get the views of people NOT on your list and what would they display on the front page...if people on your list hadnt asked any questions and stuff!! ,,,
