Slightly trickier; do the same but instead of the melon, use:

- Homer Simpson
- A discarded bag of chips
- Air

10 marks. You may use a calculator.

Oh, I think you would see minor improvements made, plus that would be a lot easier on the eyes.

lol, I reckon with the aid of my calculator that the melon has a 52% better chance of improving the NHS Homer simpson comes in at about 43% the bag of crisps is close to the 50% mark, and Air is the clear winner by 63% unless it's hot air then it's the same as Patricia running in last place with -58%

Having just left working for the NHS where I had three managers, one was slightly less intelligent that Homer Simpson, one was less appealing than a bag of chips, and the other was more dense than Air, I would say that all your suggestions are far better. That said, I have no experience of having a melon as a manager, but I am damn sure that it would be better than Patty Spewitt.

A couple of large melons would do her image a lot of good especially with homer. She might let you cop a feel for a discarded bag of chips. Get your head in there and you won`t get much air. The calculators not doing much for me, I`ll try this cucumber instead.

An indisputable short term improvement as fresh melon would surpass the NHS food that is kept warm for prolonged periods before serving to ensure that all flavour and vitamins are destroyed prior to consumption. The poor therapeutic value of hospital food slows recovery, lengthens waiting lists and therefore makes more work for NHS staff, ensuring their job security.

Ah that did make me giggle! I do believe Homor Simpson would fall asleep in a hospital bed - so hospital beds would be used up... so not him. A melon would be eaten as would the discarded packet of crisps... so I say Air would be the most helpful. Ah no, that would be breathed... ooh what a pickle!

I imagine the melon may outperform both her and John Reid.
The Melon has a better grasp of commonsense, mathematics and English grammar.

Not to mention- it would be highly popular among certain population segments.

How could you possibly confuse a cabbage with a melon?.

It might help too, if all of the smug lying Health Trust Managers were sacked.

LMAO... Good question! Have a star.

Perhaps the NHS will give her their 500million pound profit they made this year, to retire on. Bring on the melon!
