why should it be one rule for her and another for everybody else? So it was cold and she was crying...BIG DEAL! Jail is NOT one of daddy's hotels; she committed the crime - she should've done the time. It's not fair that some people are above and beyond the law just because they're rich and (in)famous!...anyone agree with me?

because daddy pays for her., and shes a stupid thick airhead tart, with no prospect of doing anything for her self. she has no personality, a face which unfortunately looks as if its been grafted from one of the thunderbirds, zilch integrity, and a portfolio of porn films. so the little crackhead whore is not very popular really is she ??? oh and her ****............with all that money wouldn't you think she'd do something with them.......oh SENSIBLE IDEA!!!!!! part of her rehab should be learning from families of victims who have been ploughed down by scrawny little tarts like her...yep a week meeting victims families should teach her.

Probably not but I'm sure they can use the jail space for another celebrity. DUI seems to be the Hollywood crime of choice. Keeping her home and away from Mr Chow, Parc and such is probably real torture for Paris. Did she get a designer leg bracelet?

I agree with u all the way just because shes "famous" doesn't mean she can get away with breaking the law. What would happen if she did it again which she is most likely to because she will only have to serve 3 days in the prison. DISGUSTING things like that really rattle my cage.If i was to do it would i get out after 3 days MOST DEFINITELY NOT!!!

No. She broke the law and should be punished the same as everyone else. Do the crime, do the time. If it were you or I, we would have serve it all. Just goes to show the law is an ***.

I agree with you 1,000,000 percent!

And won't it be nice if three hundred times that number of people (America's 300 million, less those too young to understand) would make this the last straw, and DEMAND that Congress institutes a complete overhaul and correction of our criminal "justice" system?

BEFORE our Warmonger-in-Thief of a "president" abuses it yet AGAIN by pardoning that worthless felon, Scooter Libby!
