ok guys now i need to find out if my settings are right .and ck boot setting . what i need what hte settings are sur pose to be and were to go to find theses files . just to let you know i belive the kids got on here and might messed this up with your help and doing a good job by the way of helping lets see if we can fix this if there is any thing to fix make sure eveything is set right . once a gain thanks a lot for your help .

There is no "safe mode" on the Internet. There is what is called "secure" mode. If you are using a secure website, it will have an icon in the status bar of your browser that looks like a locked padlock.

There is no setting on your computer which controls "secure" mode. That is set by the website you are going to. If the site is "secure", you will get the locked lock. If it is not, there is no way for you to make it secure.
