i've aways wondered if celebs should actually be treated different from us.

And if they go in for all the fame and glory then they should accept the judgments and other stuff that is thrown at them jus like we would have to.

Yes they should be treated the same as us. What I'd like to know is how come Paris Hilton didn't get put straight into jail. If it would have been joe public they would have gone straight to jail. How comes she milked going to jail for what seemed an eternity before she went inside.

Of course they shouldn't and only the ones with lots of money or who are popular at the time are. Forget Paris, I always knew she wouldn't do much time if any, but look at Lindsay Lohan, she's been pulled over how many times and hasn't been to jail yet!

Seems the only celebs who do any jail time are the hip hop/rap artists. I mean come on, Lil Kim was sentenced to one year and one day and had to serve 10 months and all she did was withhold info/commit perjury. Paris Hilton receives 45 days for driving on a suspended license (that she got for a DUI) and it gets reduced to 29 and she serves 4?

They do stuff normal people do, its those people who see celebs as non-human that elevate their status.
