No. She served 3 days on a 45 day sentence. Now she is going back home and will throw a party and lay by the pool all day instead of being in jail. This is an example of how corrupt politicians are. She bought her way out of jail.

no- i think that she did the crime she should be doing the time. unfortunatly since she has a rich daddy and since she too is famous she gets away with pretty much whatever she wants. i'm glad the judge locked her up but i think that they should have made her stay the full term.
what other prisoner would be able to complain about not getting enough sleep because the prison sheets had too low of a thread count.?

No but money talks in this country! House arrest for 40 days with servants, gourmet meals, personal stylists! A joke it is! The average person would have to stay and do the time!
