it sure seems like it in my neck of the woods...
probably just not enought irritated gophers here in this part of texas

It would seem so. The things that drew people to one another is obscured by the flesh. Kids grow up too fast . Sex is known before love. which is not the normal course of things. marriage is no longer sacred.
When I was in my teens , I thought only movie stars divorced. All of my friends had both a mom and dad unless death intervened.
Romance was beautiful and Innocent, not contrived. The bad guys were obvious.
God has left the school building and humans as a whole no longer have a higher authority to be their guide
Thus romance paid the price. but id you peek around corners their are people that have it in their souls. They are not always the coolest people but "You may search the world over for love and find it not unless you brought it with you."

I hope not. Life would be a littl pointless without passion, wouldnt it? Romance makes me smile.

no, it just changes form~
I think other things are romantic, like my husband letting me sleep in, while he gets up with the kids. Or when he coaches little league, and has to has to deal with a 7 year old, crying because they got thrown out.
There are lots of things my man does that is sexy and romantic, but they are not the same things, I once thought were romantic.

maybe or not, all I know is that my husband doesn't believe in romance makes it a boring marriage without romance.

Heck no, my husband and I still have serious romance after 12+ years, kids, etc. If we can do it, anyone can!
