Well it's definitely either A or B. You see, communism, tho, I really don't think took affect until like the 1920's with the whole Red Scare. However, the Soviet Union ws not officially created until 1922. The Russian Civil War was definitely during the 1917, so I'm thinking it's more of B. At the time, revolutionary forces were ATTEMPTING to make a communist country.. So B would be my choice. Thank God for AP history...

B + C or either would be correct. It was a popular up-rising which consisted of revolting military personnel, and a very general cross section of Russian society as a whole. It was generally called the Bolshavik (not sure if that spelling is correct) revolution.
