2 ladies go around a neighborhood selling lemonade. They both have 11 pint glasses each of lemonade. On there travels they come across 2 girls who want 2 pints each of lemonade each. However one of these girls has a 4 pint glass and the other has a 3 pint glass.

How do they get 2 pints exactly in each glass without using any other instruments besides the glasses they have?

If the ladies have 11 one pint glasses (at least that's the way you wrote the riddle), then all they need to do is pour two glasses into each container. I think you may need to review the original riddle to get the correct answer because it seems there's something missing here.

I would use the first 11 pint glass to fill the 3 pint glass to the brim. I would then pour the lemonade from the 3 pint glass into the 4 pint glass. I would then pour 3 more pints from the first 11 pint glass (which will now be down to 5 pints) into the 3 pint glass. I would then use the 3 pint glass to top of the 4 pint glass, whcih would leave EXACTLY 2 pints in the 3 pint glass.

I would then pour the full 4 pint glass' contents back into the first 11 pint glass, thereby, leaving it with exactly 9 pints. I would use the second 11 pint glass (which is full) to fill up the empty 4 pint glass. I would then top off the first 11 pint glass (which had 9 pints), which would leave me with exactly 2 pints in the four pint glass.

At this point in time, the 3 and 4 pint glasses have exactly 2 pints in them while the first 11 pint glass is full and the second 11 pint glass has 7 pints remaining.

I'm not the best at this kind of thing, but here goes. Have one lady who has an 11 pint glass fill up the 3 pint glass. That will leave 8 pints in the 11 pint glass. (11-3=8) Have the girl with the 3 pint glass empty the lemonade out onto the grass. Have the same lady with now 8 pints once again pour lemonade into the 3 pint glass. That now leaves 5 pints of lemonade in the 11 pint glass. (8-3=5) Again, have the girl with the 3 pint glass empty the lemonade out onto the grass. Now, have the same lady with now 5 pints pour lemonade into the 3 pint glass. That now leaves 2 pints of lemonade in the 11 pint glass. (5-3=2) The girl, once more empties her 3 pint glass. Now the remaining 2 pints are poured into the 4 pint glass. Now repeat the same procedure using the other 11 pint glass and the 3 pint glass. When you get down to the 2 pints, pour it into the 3 pint glass. Now, have I made lemonade out of this lemon of a problem? :-)

Fill the 4 pint glass halfway and the 3 pint glass 2/3 of the way.
or
Fill the 4 pint glass half way then pour it into the 3 pint glass, then refill the 4 pint glass halfway.

I would pour 2 pints of lemonade in the 4 pint glass using one of the 11 pint glasses of lemonade (your glass should now be half full). I would take the other 11 pint glass of lemonade and pour the 2 pints of lemonade in the 3 pint glass (your glass should be 3/4 full). If the ladies have calculated correctly, each of the 11 pint lemonade glasses should have the exact amount left in the glasses.

Am I mistaken, or is this a trick question?
The fact that there are two ladies is totally irrelevant
If there are 22 one-pint glasses available to be sold, just pour out two pints for each of the two girls.
What's the big deal?

use one 11 to fill 3. pour 3 into 4. use same 11 to fill 3 again. pour one from the three to fill 4, this leaves 2 in the 3 cup then pour the four cup back into the first 11. It will now have 9. take second 11 and pour it into 4 until it is even with the first 11. both 11 will be 9 and the other two will be 2.
