allow someone to see your legs to the top of the thigh if paid when asked by a random person in public? What would be the best way to ask you? And would it depend at all on if you were bare legged or wearing stockings or tights at the time?

I would not allow someone to see me like that in public. I have standards and there is such a thing as public decency, morals and ethics. The way someone presents themself to the public is a direct reflection of the type of person they are; is a reflection on how they were raised; and is a reflection on their place of employment. I would never want to bring dishonor to myself, my family or my employer.
