She is out due to "medical problems". All I have to say to that is medical problems my butt! Thousands of inmates have medical problems, yet they don't get to go home and be on house arrest. Obviously, her medical problem isn't too bad because she's at home and not at a hospital. They're just trying to find an excuse to get her out of jail early because she is a celebrity and she has money to buy her freedom. The justice system is so unfair. Celebrity or not, you should be required to serve out your whole sentence.

Awww she was so depressed she was not eating. Boo hoo hoo. woe is me. She just got the reality check she deserved but it really goes to show you money talks and bs walks. If she was any ordinary joe blow her behind would have just been taken to the infirmary to serve out her sentence

lol the poor dear, couldn't eat, sleep, cried all the time, cell too cold, cell too bright and had to have her psychiatrist come see her. She is now under "house arrest" which means has to stay home and hold her parties there. Truly sad ! You and I would stay put for durance of our sentence.

The Media
claims its because of "good Behavior" She wasn't in there long enough t have freggin good behavior! 3 days. celebs nowasdays (not all of them) are starting to take advantage of their fame. because she has money, she gets out within 3 days! If it was someone who wasn't a celeb, they would've had to serve the whole time..regardless of "good behavior!"

The said it was due to sickness so they gave her house arrest for 40 days

so that the prison could get good publicity when she gives a shout out to her homies in cell block 6 and tells everyone that "prison is hot"

Because she's "sick". She just happens to get "sick" after she's been in jail for only a few days.
