My grandma said i didn't have a sense of humor, (i do), but her sense of humor is (here is an ex) you are wearing a skirt and she says have you ever seen an elephant in a slit skirt hahahaha

if you didn't have a sense of humor you wouldn't last long in todays world. you'd spend your days weeping with frustration, sorrow and sympathy for all we have lost.

a sense of humor as far as jokes at other's expense? making jokes about ethnic groups, laughing at the obese woman, insulting the sexes, poking fun at the handicapped, isn't cool, its just ugly and ignorant.

I think yes... I know I heard this many times and maybe you did too :
that if you can't laugh at others you're stupid, if you can laugh at others you're inteligent and if you can laugh at yourself, then you're verry inteligent(and I like this coz I laugh at myself a lot) and they say people that have a sense of humor & laugh a lot live longer(and that's good too so keep laughing)

i always like making people laugh but my jokes are too complicated and they don't laugh ,they have quizzical looks on their faces. i don't poke fun at people though

of course, we've cultivated it by growing up. we are no longer worried about what is "gross" or "wrong" we just want to laugh.
