Scooter, the neocon, is getting preferential treatment by an ideological politicized government that has no problem violating with impunity the spirit and letter of our laws.

To the person or persons who have once again dragged up Bill Clinton in a vain attempt to defend or excuse the arrogant ways of the Executive under Bush43: I have this to say, the administration's frequent breaches of oath to defend the rule of law and and the Constitutional obligations of the gov't to its citizen-taxpayers is obvious to people of intelligence and it is a matter of record. True, Clinton sadly screwed his Presidency because he couldn't keep his infidelity a secret and his promiscuous sexual urges in check, but under his 8 years in office, the US didn't invade and occupy a country full of nutty ,confused, or fanatical Moslems hoping to grab Iraqi oil for the greedy, negligent oilco's. If I recall correctly, Bill Clinton did tackle and solve the genocide of Bosnians and Kosovians by Serbia's army under Radovitch and Milosovich and it was handled multilaterally under NATO without getting over 4,000 members of the volunteer US military killed based on false pretenses. Not to mention the additional 25,000 which have been seriously wounded. So when it comes to being dictatorial and uncompassionate, and a poor leader. Bush43, not Clinton42 takes the prize for stupidity and incompetence. He and his neocons should pay for their violations of the laws. TWH 06072006-3

Why was he put on trail for a process 'crime' in a case that was really was not a case at all? And why does it bother you if he ever goes to prison? Would you rather not see the real culprit in the case go to jail, as in Mr. Armitage? Or Mr. Wilson for getting the whole thing ginned up with a pack of lies? Of course you wouldn't, you would rather hang an innocent just because he is not of your particular political party. Yeah, keep it up, the more you folks expose yourselves, the more educated the population gets about what you are all about.

Boo Hoo, going to prison is only like that in the movies. When my DUI was committed, it took about a month and a half to even be seen by a judge and then after sentencing it took just as long for me to report to jail. Stop whining and be patient. You liberals(if you are one) will have your day of rejoice.

I have a better question, why is Bill Clinton not in jail yet. He was convicted of the same crime, perjury. Seems to me he should get some jail time too.

He will get to appeal and delay his having to surrender until Bush leaves office so he can get pardoned. Just like he should. Hey, "Jail House Clinton" did it why not Bush?

Because they have not ruled on whether he can remain free pending the outcome of his appeal yet.
