is anyone else as tired with this kind of spoilt american child. Apparently shes already been released from prison as she 'ill'. And her sentence was reduced anyway. I would of thought the americans would of been a bit tougher on her. Looks like she is above the law.

Good God, the system really IS rigged!

I was actually not too bothered that her sentence was reduced the first time, from 45 down to 23 days or whatever. I understand that LA Corrections has better things to do than babysit a celeb so that she doesn't become a trophy byotch.

But THIS - a "medical" release?! Give me a break! So now all you have to do is whine, sob, have (or fake) a nervous twitch because you're doing your time... and suddenly you don't have to do your time.

IF, that is, you also happen to be rich and a spoiled celebrity.

This one pushes me over the edge. This is a black mark on the idea of blind justice.

Yes she has been rewarded for putting other peoples lives at risk and breaking the law. Now she gets a holiday in her mansion for over a month drinking and eating and playing however she likes. It DISGUSTS me. And she has no pride or dignity whatsoever that she doesn't take it like a woman and serve her sentence she DESERVES just like anyone else.
She should be ashamed of herself, everyone will hate her now, and rightly so.
I wonder if she has ever met any people with acquired brain injuries due to drunk drivers? These peoples lives are ruined by people who did what she did, they are forever scarred and disabled due to an idiot like her doing what she did- they have a life sentence because of a drunk driver. She has learnt nothing and will not change. She is clueless and SOMEONE needs to bring her back to reality and show her these things. Your country has NO justice system.

it incredibly is previous my capacity to appreciate . I also have a kinfolk member in reformatory now for vehicular manslaughter serving 12 years . He had a blood alcohol point of .0.5 that's under the cut back of .08 in our state . that would not remember through fact they then call it utilising below the effect . He rolled a motor vehicle over and the rear seat passenger exchange into killed as they encountered a 15mph un lighted corner on a foggy night on un huge-unfold roads . So for paris to not even serve each week in reformatory is purely undeniable ludicrous

You are correct. I wonder if her "fans" outnumber those of us out there who think this whole thing is totally unfair? Her fans were probably all upset that poor, poor Paris had to do time and then got sick. How awful. They should pop her and her fans onto an island and see how long they could survive. That would be a real survival show. Drop em off and come back in 6 months.

I think there are more questions on Yahoo about this farce than any other subject. Think I have seen 6 to date. Apparently it now means if you are convicted you can take something to make you sick and then you get to go home. Makes a laughing stock of American society.

I can't believe she only did 3 days! Makes a joke of the system - however she is a prize idiot anyway. Anyone can, at a click of a button see her vag*na. That's punishment for a lifetime.

Please! Let's give this poor girl a break! It must have been very stressful on her not to be able to brush her hair...Get a manicure and pedicure...And that awful orange jumpsuit!!!! Come on now folks...We all know orange isn't Paris' color. Don't they usually send inmates to a hospital with a guard when they are ill??? I didn't know home is where they were sent. Hmmmm...I'll have to let The Son Of Sam know how easy it is to go home. Just drink a bottle of ipecac!!!

Detention in her 280 qm house - probably with jacuzzi and swimming pool.
Yep - that's really punishment.

Never mind - I never really thought that she would serve long. And after all, life is kind of more entertaining having her around. At least she gives people something to talk about. Not in intellectual discussions though :-D

This whole incident really makes me laugh!
