Paris Hilton checked into county jail one minute before midnight and got credit for the whole day and released one minute after midnight and go credit for serving 5 days when she only served three.
Question: Do you agree or disagree she KNEW she wasn't going to have to serve her time in jail at all?

Of course she knew. The deal was made before she went in. That is why her attorneys did not try for an appeal... that is why there was not more fuss from her posse then what there was...

When you have money, you can get away with anything. If this was just an average women, she'd be locked up for the full term. Leave it to our justice system to make and bend the rules at will.
Besides the money, how is she any different than any other person in this country?
If I ever have to do time, I want to do "HILTON" time...only two minues, rather than a month.

she knew alright,
money can buy you a lot of things,including a get out of jail card.
she should be made to serve her time in jail,not at home.
It's just goes to show how corrupt the judges/lawyers are allowing her to buy a get out of jail card.

I think that she knew she wasn't going to have to serve her time. she knew because she was famous they weren't going to keep her in there her full time. And I also think that was wrong of the police.

She new she wouldn't have to stay there and that is why she pulled the stunts she she did, she is a money machine she can buy her way out of anything.........it's publicity for her!
