1680 is their least common multiple; it's the smallest number that has them all as factors. You find this by first listing the prime factorizations of all the numbers.
16 = 2 x 2 x 2 x 2
20 = 2 x 2 x 5
24 = 2 x 2 x 2 x 3
28 = 2 x 2 x 7
Then you select the largest grouping of each prime factor. That's four 2's from 16, the 5 from 10, the 3 from 24, and the 7 from 28. You multiply those largest groups together to get 2 x 2 x 2 x 2 x 5 x 3 x 7 = 1680. Any multiple of 1680 also has all of the original numbers as factors, and they are the only numbers that do.

Multiply them all together, they will be factors of the result.
If you want the SMALLEST number that they are factors of, it is 3*4*4*5*7 = 1680
