Can you believe this?? Are you serious?? Wow..so this is how it works, claim a medical condition or make yourself sick & they'll feel sorry enough to release you to an ankle bracelet to serve out your time in the lap of luxury, her home. I knew this was gonna happen...thats why I posted a question yesterday asking if she was still in jail...boy im good!

I guess you can call anorexia and bitchiness a "medical condition". She probably gave the male guards a little "good" behavior, if you know what i mean. I wish i could buy my way out of anything and everything. 5 bucks say's she violates her house arrest and gets arrested again.

Truly sad heck even Martha did her time in jail grant it she was too released early but not this much. Martha even was with the regular prisoners and had a prison mate. I doubt she has a medical condition this was just an excuse to let her out sooner. Prisoners have doctors , hospital wing etc.

Her lawyers managed to get her sentence cut in half for "good behaviour" what the h*ll is that all about?? I thought you had to be serving time already before you got special priveledges for good behaviour! And now she suddenly has a mysterious medical condition? Sounds to me like she's had the whole situation planned out from the beginning. Makes me sick that rich and/or famous people get this special treatment!

No Kidding! Someone got paid off! And if this is a publicity stunt- then it's bad publicity cause there's a lot of people that are going to like her even less now.
I don't get why these stupid rich people drink and drive anyways. They are rich- pay someone to drive your drunk @$$ home!!

Medical condition has nothing to do with it. The sheriffs dept and everyone involved is just trying to stave off the inevitible lawsuits that are going to be brought against them.

She had a rash. probable from her diaper. The psychiatrist that made a deposition in her defence is definitely a little one psychiatist. pass discern. permit's in basic terms say that he has a vested interest in protecting her on the emotional age of 6.

I just heard about that. I guess it is nice to have parents that are rich. someone like us, would be in jail for months. look at Martha Stewart, she was in a fancy jail. us we would have four walls.
