How do you find out if someone has opened credit cards in your name with out your knowledge?

I have a feeling that this person n
knows my SSN and is using it for sth like credit cards what do I do and how do I find it for sure? Is there some site or something that I can use to find out how many are in my name or if it's something else?

You may find this out by checking your credit report. Please go to www.annualcreditreport.com. Once there, you can check your credit report from the 3 credit reporting agencies, Equifax, Experion and Transunion. After reviewing them and you find something on your report that you didn't do, please contact the fraud alert department and they will go through the process of removing it from your credit report and clearing your name. Go to any of the websites that give you a free credit check. Any credit cards opened under your SS# will show up there. Keep checking back to make sure nothing has been added.

I would say call the crdeit card company, watch your mail for bills. Call the local Better Business Bureau, they can advise you as what to do.
