How is house arrest a punishment for someone who has everything? She is free to just bring the party to her place! God! I was really looking forward to her rotting in there!

it fairly is previous my skill to understand . I actual have a relatives member in detention center now for vehicular manslaughter serving 12 years . He had a blood alcohol point of .0.5 that's under the shrink of .08 in our state . that does no longer count number via fact they then call it using decrease than the impression . He rolled a vehicle over and the rear seat passenger became killed as they encountered a 15mph un lighted corner on a foggy evening on un frequently occurring roads . So for paris to no longer even serve each week in detention center is purely easy ludicrous

This is beyond my ability to comprehend . I have a family member in prison now for vehicular manslaughter serving 12 years .
He had a blood alcohol level of .075 which is Below the limit of .08 in our state .
That does not matter because they then call it driving under the influence .
He rolled a car over and the rear seat passenger was killed as they encountered a 15mph un lighted corner on a foggy night on un familiar roads .
So for paris not to even serve a week in jail is just plain ludicrous

It appears to me that we have a different standard of justice in this country for the wealthy. I empathize for the innocent, poor death row inmates of this country.
I believe that the celebrities of this country should not be given shortcuts that are not available to the average citizen. We do live in a material society.
How will Paris ever learn to 'grow up' without limits. I feel sorry for her most of all.

Yes, Daddy Hilton must have greased many palms to get his little anorexic crack whore out of the cooler.
He'll probably give her a "spa weekend" in Switzerland to take care of her "undisclosed medical condition"

Our judicial system is a joke. Apparently, if one is rich, one can buy their way out of their sentence.
