Bleach & magic eraser have already been used but have not worked.

Is the floor waxed? If it is, then the ink is siting on top of the wax. Remove the wax with ammonia and the ink would be removed with it.

Methylated Spirit removes Ink and Grass Stain´s. Use a soft cloth to apply , then wash with a little dish washing liquid, rinse with cold water

hairspray w/ alcohol in the ingredients gets ink out of clothes... worth a try i guess

try paint thinner, it may get it without damaging the floor, only use a little though
