How could I discover if one of my employees steals from my shop?

I really don't know what your employee is stealing, but try this to try their personality?

put a small amount & attrative money to a place where they often going...after that, and the money was gone with no body notify that there is a lone money here...

there is a probability that some of your employees steals from your shop...

What are they stealing? Make sure you count money carefully - and lay a random $5 bill around see if it is gone.
My husband and his family install security cameras on their Pc and place the cameras in front of doors etc - we've caught people coming in to show rooms after hours etc..

Most companies have a department called Lost Prevention, that's when someone is hired to work at a store to spy. They come in for a few months and take notes etc.....
