Does anyone have any info on getting grants or loans to replace windows which were sited for lead base paint in an owner occupied 3-unit building located in Chicago, IL. Any help would be greatly apperciated.

The company replacing the windows might have payment plans available.

As far as grants, probably not, but check with you local housing authority - if there's anything available, they'd probably know about it.
