It depends:
If you are saying you've fixed something thats not broken, then no, that makes no sense

If you're TRYING to fix something that's not broken, then it makes sense, because everyone tries to fix something's thats not broken, like a perfectly fine relationship, if the guy has a bad habit of burping at the table, you're not going to leave him for it.

That's a contradiction as 'fix' is to repair broken .
The reference is usually made by people who do preventive maintenance (like on cars) but don't want to actually do the work (oil changes , worn belts , dirty fuel and air filters etc etc etc ) . . .
Sometimes people confuse maintenance & fixes .

But re. intangible like relationships > >
Broken is a point of view . . .
What is Not broken for a parasite say ,
Is coming up on terminal and ' to the curb ' for the worker .
