well once i lost over 30 pounds in a month!!!

all you have to do is drink water, water, water, lost and lost of water.(but not to fast , not like drink 3 botles in 30 min. no that would be so bad) no soda, only natural juice, eat less calories, exersize, and nooo junk food,and there you go,

Well, im doing the same thing, and ive lost 3-5 pounds a week. Ive been following a schedule that can help you lose 20 pounds in 30 days. It actually works, you just gotta do it! Most people don't succeed becaujse they give up. But here is a schedule for a male.

20-30 min. of biking, jogging, i prefer jogging, or fast pace walking. Don't do it too fast, just do it so you can do it for 20-30minutes.

Breakfast: 300-400 calories

Lunch: 500 calories

Late Noon: 200-300 calories

Early evening: 15 min. fast pace walk

Dinner: 500 calories

Do that for every day, for 30 days, weigh yourslef every 2nd-3rd day and you see a big difference!

What i do to lose weight real fast is to do a fast than when your done start a really healthy diet doing a fast will get all those cravings for all the bad foods and than you can start a good diet.

Eat healthy food
Exercise
Bike,run,swim,trim,lift weights etc.

Watch what you eat and a whole lot of cardio. Just don't starve yourself.
