I have a 92 Toyota Celica convertible. I was driving and it got really hard to turn the steering wheel so I thought I needed power steering fluid. I opened up the place to put it and saw that it was completly full. I had to put all my stregnth in it just to turn the steering wheel...... Do I need a new pump?

I honestly dont even know where to look for the belt. I guess I will take it to a shop. Does anyone know of a good but cheap place in Houston?

It could be a missing or loose belt, a bad pump, a problem with the steering rack, or a problem with the front end.

Without seeing it, it is impossible to tell. Have it checked by a qualified mechanic to find the problem!!

If you are not loosing fluids, it has to be the pump.
