maybe the bra is too big for u....

Wrong size bra.
Get fitted at JCPenney, Nordstroms, or Sears.
You can sleep with a bra on but it needs to be loose and comfortable, not tight and restrictive.

most likely your wearing the wrong size. Your bra should fit snuggly around your body, try going down 1 size.

well the sleeping ppart i can help with because I know that you shouldnt sleep with a bra on. Cami tanks are better!!!
