all along. Sentence the celebrity to 45 days, cut it to 28 and then release her after only 3 days, or did something happen in jail to put her in danger?
Details please, does anyone know, I just saw a news brief that she was released only moments ago.

To Mooses comment I totally agree, I think the judge had no intention on keeping her in there longer than a few days. It was all a big production to make us believe that the law does not make exceptions for famous people.
To =Q= comment, I had heard that originally she was going to a "special" facility, but she got to choose where she would serve her time. I saw an interview where she said she chose a regular jail, and to be out in the main area where inmates hang out during the day. She said she thought she would get more respect if she did not go to the "special" part of the jail reserved for cops, judges and celebrities.

She's a celebrity and that's all that counts whilst the rest of us non-celebs spend more time.
Personally, I'd throw the book at celebrities and give them the same rights as the rest of us get... REAL jail/prison and keep them their the whole time.
Think she's gonna learn from her mistake? Think again. Remember... she was put in a "special" area. That means, no gang-rape (maybe the guard will have a videocamera?), no getting beaten up, no this and no that.
(Gasp!) She's in danger!? Oh no! Judges and jury don't let the celebs toughen up and learn from their mistakes. It's stupid and a waste of the taxpayers money if they aren't going to be properly rehabilitated just like the rest of us.

This had to be the plan all along. She goes in for a few days to satisfy the public opinion that was grossly turning agaisnt her. Her psychiatrist visits her and then we hear of her not eating, crying liking a baby, not sleeping, inmates chanting her name, and the next thing we know is she is out.
My prediction is that the LA County Sheriff's office is going to announce that she was "deemed to be in some kind of danger" and has been moved to a posh rehab. This just made her public image 1000 times worse than it ever was. Anyone who has any ounce of respect for her does not know what equal justice is all about. Can't wait to hear what Nancy Grace has to say about this one.

HaHa! i'm SO MAD! She could stay there for her finished 40 5 days! purely bc she is an fool inebriated weirdo doesnt recommend she could get released style detention center. all and sundry acts like paris is a few great deal, yet interior all of us fairly dont like her. So if we give up our help for her, she would be able to be taken away out of the lime mild! confident confident confident confident! she is decrease than homestead arrest nonetheless. Wich i think of is fairly rediculous. she will throw a occasion and all!

Daddys money is what happened.
She was never in any danger, every guard in the jail would have been paid off big time to give her extra protection. The toughest inmates would have been paid off to protect her as well.
Daddys money paid to protect her, and bought her a get out of jail free card.
I hope the next time she decides to get drunk behind the wheel she messes herself up bad.

This is disgraceful.. She should have been treated exactly the same as anyone else who acted as she did.
I agree with the previous person, this makes me very angry. Just because someone is "famous" (and I use this loosely for Paris) does not mean they should be above the eyes of the law.
