It uses less muscles to smile than to frown

It is easy to smile!! Much easier than frowning and better for your facial muscles. Smiling doesn't give you that nasty frown line that will make you look mean later in life if you don't go for your botox injection either!!

A smile is a gift from your heart...when you smile, you usually get one in return... if everyone in the world smiled, what a wonderful world we would live in!!

Keep smiling, it makes people wonder!! : )

Smile and the world will smile as well!
(Even if they are only smiling because they think you are a nut job that smiles too much!)

Actually.......it's VERY easy to smile. You use less muscle smiling than you do frowning, it's a scientific fact. Smile and have a great day. ♥ ☺

Well, I have TMJ, and on the bad days, sometimes it literally hurts to smile. I'm not very good at faking smiles.
