I personally hate when teachers use the word "odds". Odds and probability are not the same thing, because odds has to do with betting.
Anyway, I think in this case that 3:1 odds on Saturday against rain means that P(not raining) = 3*P(rain)
ie P(rain on Sat) = 1/4
The other answers say 1/3.
Either way, that would make Friday the most likely rainy day.

larger number is correct but what is the odds against rain? 3 to 1 odds against implies a 1/4 in favor. Be careful with the language. The answer is Friday.

Friday 3/5
Sat 1/4

Friday is the answer. 3/5 is higher than 2/5 (Sunday's odds) and for Saturday the odds for rain 1/4

Will it rain?
Friday - 3/5 (in favor)
Saturday - 1/3 (3 to 1 means 3 for not raining, 1 for raining, meaning 1/3 that it will rain)
Sunday - 2/5
Friday is most likely to experience rain

to determine which day is most likely first make them all into fractions
Friday - 3/5
Saturday - 1/3
Sunday - 2/5
Then make them all into common denominators
Friday - 9/15
Saturday - 5/15
Sunday - 6/15
Friday is the highest nominator, so it has the greatest chance of rain.
