Actually I use paper towels I have such sinus problems and the facial tissues just aren't enough to do the job without using like 5 or 6 at a time .

Never heard of Puffs tissues, But I use Kleenex tissues, Maybe I will try puffs one time

Puffs Plus, without a doubt!! I have tried them all and the only one that doesn't try to rip off your nose is Puffs Plus!! I think the others might be okay if you are sanding something or need a skin debrasion but I don't waste my money on them anymore!! I stick with tried and true!!
Alot of things out there that you can scrimp on but facial tissue and toilet tissue MUST be soft!! : )
Your nose will thank you!! : )

puffs and Kleenex it depends if you have a cold its all about the puffs but just for blowing your nose kleenex (or the cheap dollar brand)
