OK, I have to admit, when I first saw him in a movie my initial reason of liking him was because he was hot, super hot, lol. But now, after I have learned so much about him and his life, I like him not only because he is hot, but also because he is a real down to Earth modest guy, who hasn't been sucked into the black hole of air headed stars who just look pretty, and because he is such a gifted actor, give him any role and he will rock it!...he's a cool guy ^_^

I like Johnny Depp. He's a talented actor and a good looking guy but unlike other movie stars he doesn't let his ego get in the way of everything and he doesn't play the media whore.

Love him! He is a fantastic method actor, that takes his work seriously and does it with conviction. I have so much respect for people to don't sell out to the public, and do work that's important for themselves.
A few weeks ago Johnny Depp was on Inside the Actors Studio. It was really interesting, and increased my respect for him.
He is also pretty sexy.

I like Johnny Depp, he has got to be one of my top three favorite actors maybe number one. He does good movies and has good roles.

I enjoyed Johnny's work back when he was doing "odder" roles, like Ed Wood and What's Eating Gilbert Grape. I even enjoyed him in Once Upon a Time in Mexico.
But now I'm afraid there's too much hype to have him in a flick, with Pirates and the Willy Wonka role...I hope he reverts back to the more obscure roles.

he has a great personality and he takes on various roles and he does justice to each of them...he is a great actor!..just look at jack sparrow in potc: the curse of the black pearl!

He's cute, he acts well and he's eccentric in real life and, most importantly, he's never flashed his bits like a hundred and one stars have done so far!
