it has to be gatorade . I am a athelete and i have been using the gatorade sports drink for a long time , it helps me recover my energy much more faster because the lost potassium and sodium are replenished immediatley thus making much more energy output. Another thing about gatorade that i like is that it has a thirst quenching taste , other sports drink are too salty or too sweet that makes you want to drink again but gatorade has a balance of both worlds.

Red bull is like kicking on the afterberner on a fighter jet. It will propell you for a couple 2 to 3 hours. But after that... Your all done. Do not use it on any kind of a regular basis as it is full of caffiene and pretty addictive.

Red Rain. It's a generic of Redbull that you can only get at Wal-Mart. It's really good, and I think it works much better.... And It's cheaper :)

no energy drinks work for me!!! it makes me mad! im seriouse too!....cigarettes works better than any drink out there for me...but i quit smoking so now im always tired
