Its a clear day 75 degrees sunny, want to leave sliding door open and turn ac off since its a nice day out, to air out living room, does that mean my refridgerator has to work hard to keep temperature, will i damage it this way?

No, it will not have an adverse effect on your refrig.

not at all, remember that commercial refigerators often have their compressors on roof tops. Just about the harshest conditions possible. It will be absolutely fine.
