Just my bed and pillow....I hate not being able to sleep...when I went through my divorce, I didn't sleep well for about 2 weeks, until one night I was soooo tired, I couldn't ever think anymore, and had my first good night sleep..

When I find that I am having trouble sleeping a take a warm bath before I go to bed. I found this bubble bath from Bath and Body Works that is supposed to help sleep. I find that if I use that I fall asleep and don't wake up in the middle of the night. I also feel more rested.

well, i had the problem of waking up several times throughout the night too, because of stress and stuff. What helped me go back to bed, was a glass of water and some music to calm me down and make me relax. It helped a lot.

the 8 hour tylenol has been working for me this past week, but I only take it because I have the worst sunburn in the whole world and it hurts to even sit down, so I need that medicine to make me not hurt anymore and it knocks me out too....lmao, but I don't recomend it, maybe you should take some Nyquil, I hear it works really good

if I have trouble sleeping I take NyQuil, but I dont recommend taking that or sleeping pills for a long period of time because your body will need that every night, but for a quick solution i would use those

A glass of warm milk an hour before bedtime often helps. Other natural remedies can be found in a web search for "natural sleep remedies".

Try having a glass or two of wine before bed. I do and it puts me out like a light. Don't drink too much alcohol though as it will disrupt your sleep.
Stay away from meds. They aren't good for your liver. They can also be addicting. Just try wine and unwind while reading a book.
Hope this helps and good luck to you.

The fan.
Seriously I leave it running at night. It blocks out all the surrounding noise and lets me sleep without a care in the world!

Usually just the pillow but I'm on medication now that makes me sleepy (Abilify and Klonopin). I take them at night so I fall asleep faster.

Just the normal - a comfy bed and pillow.
Try exercise during the day, you will be more tired later in the evening.
