hahahahahahahaha ME TOO, but would it work for drunk texting.....cuz i picked a fight w/ an ex at 3 in the morning thru a text last week...

It would be better but, not required. It would prevent drunk driving.
I think they should have tasers so if some crazy guy walks up to you and tries to kill you you can just taser him.
These ideas would both prevent crime.
