Yeah, we had a guy who lived a couple of houses down from us. He let all the weeds and vines grow up around his house so it was spooky looking. You never saw any lights on at all. He lived there by himself, didn't drive. I was sitting in my Dad's truck waiting for him so we could go get something for Mom ( I was 8 or 9), and this guy walked past, stopped at my window (which was open) and took his finger and placed it right between my eyes. Never uttered a word. It scared the crap outta me...

Sounds like a little kid in a grown up's body! Hilarious!

We had Bob the Guru. Burnt out hippy, tin-foil hat (not literally), would say the most "existential" things, or so we kids thought at the time (looking back, it was just utter rubbish he'd make up on the spot in his LSD fragmented mind). BUT he was the one grown up that didn't judge any of us, would give us a lift or his last cigarette without ever expecting anything return (nor would he accept anything in return). He's still there, decades later. And the kids still adore him. (the parents hate and fear him, of course!)

We were the strange ones.

We did have a family down the road whose dad worked with my dad for well over 20 years. Then one day we found out he was part of a drug cartel out of Sicily and they deported him.

Our apartment building was next to a city prison. I think that was weird enough. And you would just hear police sirens and dogs barking when somebody escaped. Brrrr ...
And all of out neighbors were nutcases.

Yes, there was this guy who walked past our house everyday.

He was tall, caucasian with long hair. He was really skinny and looked like a bum. He gave the kids change every time he walked past but he never stopped.

Weird...lol

Not living near me but one of my primary school teachers was constantly lifting up the girls skirts and smacking our bottoms with a sandshoe. With hindsight he was a total pervert.

A guy asked me to tease his guard dogs so he could test his new hotwire fence.
I told him to find an idiot to test it.

EDIT:
It was a short fence....lol...and I was 7.
