Before i got the net at home i would go to the library and use the computers there. the library is a huge resource with almost everything totally free.
I take my kids to any playground we see for free.
they can play at McD without me buying anything if i wanted.
There are free concerts every Tues eve all summer in our town.
The advice here on yahoo and all the information given by millions of people is all free.
You tube is free. Google- free. Free samples on the weekends at most grocery stores.
My kids get stuff for free (passes for museums and things) at school after reaching their reading goals.
Freecycle is a great group available in almost every town now where people give stuff to each other for free (google freecycle) in an effort to keep it out of the landfill and help each other out.
and most important of all- the gift of eternal life given by God and Jesus because He died for our sins.

I was going to say that poverty is still free, but it really isn't. You pay and pay and pay.
Nothing is free, it's just cost deferred.
